How to remove a comment on Instagram
You would like to underste how to go about delete a comment on Instagram and another user left a photo or video of you underneath? Then follow the instructions on what to do that you find below. It's very simple, don't worry!
Android and iPhone
If you are using a smartphone, grab your device, open the Instagram app for Android or for iOS and reach the reference photo or video by going to your profile, by tapping on thelittle man at the bottom right, and selecting the post in the new screen that appears.
Alternatively, you can reach photos and videos from which you want to remove comments by going to the section of the Instagram app relating to activities, the one you can access by tapping on the symbol of the little heart at the bottom, select the tab Tu which is located at the top and then the notification relating to the reference activity.
On the next screen, if you can't see the comments under the photo or video, tap on the item View 1 comment or View all and [number of comments] comments, after that, if you are using Android tap on the comment of your interest twice in a row and on the symbol of dustbin that appears at the top, in such a way as to cancel it. To delete multiple comments at the same time, press the button instead ... collocato in alto a destra and seleziona la voce Manage comments from the menu that opens; then check the comments to be deleted (max 25) and press on the items Delete and Delete comments, to complete.
If, on the other he, you are using Instagram on a iPhone, swipe from right to left on the comment you want to remove and press the red button depicting the dustbin that appears. Also in this case, you can delete several comments in series (max 25) by pressing the button ... located at the top right, by tapping on the item Manage comments that appears, by ticking the comments to be deleted and finally pressing on Delete and Delete comments.
On both Android and iOS, if you have to think about it immediately, you can restore the deleted comment by pressing the banner that you see appear on the screen following the cancellation.
If you are interested in this, I would like to point out that you can also disable comments for specific contents. To do this, go to the reference photo or video, press the button with i three dots posto in alto a destra and selects the voice Disable comments from the menu that appears. By doing so, if there were already comments, they will no longer be visible.
In case of second thoughts, you can enable the comments again at any time by pressing the button with i three dots placed in the upper right part of the photo or video and selecting the item Enable comments from the menu that is shown to you. Note that, in this way, the comments that were already present previously will be visible again.
Windows 10
If, on the other he, you want to delete the comment that an Instagram user has left under your post using the application of the famous social for Windows 10, first of all start the latter by recalling it from Start menu.
Then, go to the reference photo or video by first clicking on the symbol of thelittle man at the bottom right, in order to display the screen related to your profile, and then on the reference content in the list that is shown to you.
If the comment is recent, you can also find it from the screen that shows all the activities carried out by your friends and on your posts. To access it, click on the symbol of little heart that you find below, select the card Tu located at the top and click on the reference notification.
Once the post is displayed, if all comments are not visible, click on the entry View 1 comment or on that View all and [number of comments], left click on the comment e, while continuing to hold, drag the pointer from right to left. Then press the red button with the dustbin appeared sideways and it's done.
If you have to think about it immediately, just click on the appropriate one banner you see appear at the top and the deleted comment will be immediately restored.

Web
You have been using Instagram since Web and want to get rid of the comment that a user has left under your photo or video on Instagram? To do this, first, connect to the Instagram home page and log into your account (if necessary).
Then, go to the reference content by clicking on the symbol of thelittle man located at the top of the screen, in order to access the page dedicated to your profile, and then select the content or video of interest.
Alternatively, if the comment has been recently added, you can reach "on the fly" the photo or video under which it is present by clicking on the little heart that you find at the top and selecting the notification related to the activity in question from the menu that opens.
Next, click on the button [...] that is shown next to the comment you want to delete by moving the mouse pointer over it and selecting the item Delete from the menu that opens. Done!

Windows 10

Web
If you want to delete a comment that you added to a post, both yours and another user's, acting on the version Web of Instagram, just to start connected to the home page of the famous social network and log in to your account (if necessary). Then locate the photo or video under which you left the comment you want to delete.
To do this, if it is your content, go to your profile by clicking on thelittle man at the top right and then selecting the photo or video from the screen that appears. How to remove tags from an Instagram comment

- Android and iPhone - tap on the photo, select the tag and tap on the wording Remove tag (on Android) or that Remove from post (on iPhone) attached to the menu that appears.
- Windows 10 and Web - click on the photo, click on the button [...] in alto a destra, select the voice Post options from the menu that appears and click on the option Remove the tag.
Remember that from Android and iPhone you can remove the tag related to your account from both your posts and those of others, while you can change the tags related to other users only on your photos and videos. As for the use of the Instagram application from Windows 10 and Web, you are only allowed to remove tags related to your account.
