If you want to go back to Snapchat, download the app again on your smartphone (it is agolable for Android and iPhone), start it and press the button Subscribe present on its home screen.
Then fill out the form that is proposed to you by entering name and surname in the appropriate text fields and "tap" on the button Subscribe. On the next screen, enter yours date of birth, presses the button Continue, set the username you want to use on Snapchat and presses on again Continue to choose the password with which to access the service.
Finally, type yours cellphone number and choose whether to verify your identity via SMS or call. Then type the verification code you receive via SMS or call and presses on NEXT and Continue to start using Snapchat again.
As can be easily understood, by registering again to the service you will not be able to get back your old preferences, your messages, etc. but you will be back in Snapchat with your account and can get back in touch with your friends.
