When Snapchat asks if you want to restore the account, reply Yes and wait a few minutes. Then try to log in again and you should be able to log into your personal profile.

It is not yet possible to reactivate deactivated Snapchat accounts from a computer. If you try to log in using the credentials of a deactivated profile you are told that it is "unable to find the user".
